About us:

We are a small private mental health clinic based in Shepparton. Our goal is to provide clients with a warm and welcoming space to access mental health support. We work with private clients, NDIS participants and clients through other funding streams. We value creating a positive environment for both clients and staff.

About the role

You will work within a mental health setting, providing therapeutic and functional supports to children, adolescents and adults. The role will include a combination of 1:1 and group-based work.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients mental health journey through delivering supports aimed at improving daily living skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, independence and functional capacity

• Work 1:1 with clients and their families

• Deliver group work programs

About you

• Occupational Therapist with mental health experience

• Experience working with NDIS participants and completing Functional Capacity Assessments is advantageous

• Ability to work independently within your scope of practice is essential
