What You'll Achieve in This Role
As the first point of contact, your mission is to ensure our practice operates on a rock-solid customer service foundation, enabling us to deliver exceptional cardiovascular care. Success in this role means achieving the following outcomes:

• Positive patient journey from first point of contact to their journey home.

• Efficient patient file management, patient bookings, billing and accounts management.

• Experience with medical practice management software systems is required.

• Strong Team environment demonstrating support and respect for all.

What You Bring
We're looking for a committed administrator who:

• Thrives on taking ownership of administrative tasks and handling complex administrative situations.

• Has a track record of delivering efficient administration.

• Possesses a minimum of 1+ years of administrative experience.

• Communicates effectively and builds trust across teams.

• Must hold permanent resident status or Australian citizenship.

Medical Reception in a Specialist setting or healthcare administration experience is preferred.

Mandarin/Cantonese speaking highly regarded
