The Royal Melbourne Hospital
About the role
Join Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services as a Grade 3 OT/SW or Grade 2 Psychologist and play a key role in delivering recovery-oriented, evidence-based care within Community Team 2. Working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team with a strong Allied Health presence, you will provide specialist assessment, intervention and care coordination for adults experiencing complex mental health needs, while championing your profession perspective across the service.
This senior clinical role offers the opportunity to lead within your discipline, supervise staff and students, and contribute to service development and clinical excellence. You will work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and external partners, including the NDIS and community services, to support recovery and promote meaningful participation in everyday life.
With dedicated time to deliver specialist Psychological, OT or SW interventions for low-prevalence mental health disorders, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical and leadership expertise while contributing to innovative mental health care.
