About the role

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Chaplains to join our team in Perth, with either 2 x part time positions with one supporting the North Metro region and one supporting the South Metro region, or full time covering the whole of Perth Metro.
You will visit clients in their homes, providing pastoral and spiritual care that enhances wellbeing, fosters meaningful connection, and supports individuals and families through life's joys and challenges. You will work alongside care teams and community partners to ensure holistic, person-centred support for every client.
