Your responsibilities

Complete daily reporting, reconciliations and operational checklists accurately and within agreed timeframes.
Support the onboarding of new clients, including reviewing documentation requirements and completing AML/KYC verification checks.
Create and maintain accurate client and account records across internal systems, including personal information, account classifications, products and services.
Process account closures and deceased estate matters, including probate and will documentation.
Support effective document management and ensure records are complete, accurate and appropriately maintained.
Liaise with custodians, business partners, Investment Advisers and Adviser Assistants to resolve queries and progress client requests.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and security.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and create greater operational efficiency and scale.
Act with integrity and provide compliant, client-focused operational support.
Ensure all activities comply with LGT’s risk policies, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
