Wholesale Gourmet Delivery Driver

About the Role

You’ll be the friendly face of Mount Zero on the road, delivering to our valued customers across metro Melbourne and regional areas. With the help of our route-mapping software, you’ll complete 30–40 concentrated deliveries daily. Once your run is complete, you’ll occasionally assist the warehouse team to keep things moving smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a bit of variety in their day, has had previous links to the hospitality industry and takes pride in being efficient, helpful, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

·         Safely and efficiently deliver orders to restaurants, retailers, and residential customers

·         Load and pack your vehicle each morning from 8:00am

·         Follow daily run sheets and use routing software to optimise your deliveries

·         Provide top-tier customer service at every stop

·         Share customer feedback and delivery insights with the team

·         Assist in the warehouse when deliveries are complete or as needed

What We’re Looking For

·         Previous experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations

·         Excellent time management

·         Manual driver’s licence (essential)

·         Forklift licence (Desired)

·         Familiarity with Melbourne’s suburbs and roads

·         Physically capable of lifting boxes up to 25kg

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Self-motivated and dependable with a positive outlook

·         Experience with production or inventory systems (preferred but not essential)

·         Background in food wholesale or hospitality (a bonus!)
