Warehouse Operator

At Colterlec, we're looking for a Warehouse Operator / Storeperson to join our Smeaton Grange team and help keep Australia's industries powered with high-quality electrical solutions. For over 30 years, we've built a reputation for great products, great people, and getting the job done right.

What will you be doing?

You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure the right products get to the right customers at the right time.

On any given day, you could be:

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

• Receiving and putting away incoming stock

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

• Helping maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records

• Assisting with stocktakes and cycle counts

• Working with transport providers to get freight moving

• Supporting a positive team culture and great customer service

What we're looking for

We're less concerned about whether you've memorised every warehouse acronym and more interested in finding someone who:

• Takes pride in a job well done

• Has a strong eye for detail

• Enjoys being active and hands-on

• Works well with others

• Understands the importance of safety

• Can juggle priorities and stay organised

• Brings a positive attitude to work every day

What you’ll need:

🏆 Warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
🏆 A forklift licence
🏆 Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
🏆 Knowledge of industrial or electrical products
