Labourer/Stone Benchtop Installer

Full-Time | Immediate Start

We are a busy, family-owned stonemasonry business looking for a Labourer / Installer to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role involves assisting with the installation of stone benchtops onsite at residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their workmanship, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service throughout project delivery.

About the Role

• Installing and handling stone benchtops onsite

• Assisting with lifting, carrying and positioning stone

• Preparing work areas and assisting with installations

• Using basic hand and power tools

• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

• Travelling to various job sites

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Communicating professionally with customers and other trades onsite

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the project delivery process

• Representing the business in a professional and courteous manner

• Ensuring customers are kept informed and are satisfied with the installation

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is physically fit and capable of handling heavy stone products

• Has a current Australian driver's licence

• Holds a White Card

• Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic

• Has a friendly and professional attitude

• Understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service

• Is comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands-on environment

• Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work

• Can work well independently and as part of a team

• Has a willingness to learn and develop their skills

Previous experience in stonemasonry, construction, benchtop installation or a similar trade environment is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
