About the role
Customer Experience Manager | Customer Service & Supply Chain
A global market leader is tidying up how its Customer Service and Supply Chain functions run across ANZ, and they need a capable pair of hands to help make it happen.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in well-written processes and smooth day-to-day operations. You'll spend your time documenting how things are done, improving the way the team works, and keeping projects ticking along, reporting to a Continuous Improvement lead and the Head of Supply Chain ANZ.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing and rewriting Customer Service procedures and SOPs so they're clear, consistent and easy to follow
Auditing existing documentation to find gaps, duplication and anything that can be simplified
Aligning local processes with the wider global frameworks the business already has in place
Supporting the rollout of a new quota management system, including documenting the rules and steps
Helping build and maintain reporting around order delivery performance (On-Time In-Full)
Keeping a handful of improvement projects on track and coordinating the people involved
Working alongside Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to keep everyone aligned
Why this one is worth your time
You'll be working under a globally recognised brand, the kind that looks great on a CV and opens doors down the track. You'll get solid exposure across an international supply chain business, plenty of variety in your week, and the satisfaction of leaving the team more organised than you found it.
While this starts as a contract, there's a steady stream of work ahead and the business is investing in the function for the long term. For the right person, there's a strong likelihood of this role going permanent.
What you'll bring
Experience in a Customer Service, Supply Chain or Operations role, ideally with a documentation or process focus
A genuine knack for writing clear procedures and getting the detail right
Good organisation and the ability to juggle a few tasks without dropping any
Comfort working with data and basic reporting
A friendly, get-on-with-it communication style that keeps teams on side
This is a fully onsite role, five days a week across two regional sites. There is no remote or hybrid option, so you'll want to be someone who does their best work in the room with the team.
If you like bringing order to the chaos and take pride in getting the little things right, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now.
