National Sales Manager

Total Beauty Network (TBN), home to INIKA Organic, Designer Brands (DB), Raww Cosmetics and Colour by DB, is looking for an experienced and hands-on National Sales Manager to drive sales execution across our national business.

This newly created role has been added to strengthen our Sales team, with a focus on sales execution, customer relationships, new business development and field performance.

This is a highly visible, customer and market-facing role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to the action - building relationships with major accounts, developing new business, working alongside the field team and turning commercial priorities into results.

The Role

You will:

• Build strong relationships with major national and key accounts, buyers and decision-makers.
• Actively identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across existing and new channels.
• Maintain a strong presence in market through customer meetings, business reviews and field visits.
• Lead, coach and support the Regional Managers, working with them to develop the field sales team and drive performance and execution nationally.
• Drive achievement of sales targets across accounts, channels and territories.
• Identify performance gaps and implement practical actions to address them.
• Drive ranging, distribution, promotional and new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline discipline.
• Ensure clear communication, accountability and follow-through across the Sales function.
• Work closely with Marketing and other teams to deliver agreed commercial priorities.

About You

You’re an experienced sales leader who is equally comfortable in a major customer meeting, working alongside a Territory Manager when needed or reviewing sales performance with your team.

You’ll bring:

• National or multi-state sales management experience.
• Strong major/key account management experience.
• Experience leading and developing field-based sales teams.
• A demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and execution.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with strong follow-through.
• The ability and willingness to travel nationally and spend meaningful time with customers and the field team.

Experience across beauty, pharmacy, FMCG or consumer products will be highly regarded.
