YOUR NEW ROLE
Lead Security Intelligence and Surveillance Operations at One of the World's Most Recognised Cultural Landmarks
The Sydney Opera House is more than a globally celebrated performing arts venue. It is a World Heritage-listed icon, welcoming millions of visitors and hosting thousands of events each year. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Surveillance Manager to lead surveillance operations within the Sydney Opera House and play a critical role in protecting our people, visitors, assets and operations.
As the Surveillance Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the surveillance function, ensuring the effective monitoring of security systems, incident detection, intelligence gathering and response coordination across the precinct.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Security and Emergency Preparedness & Response, you will lead a team of surveillance professionals operating within a dynamic and technology-enabled environment. You will be responsible for enhancing situational awareness, driving operational excellence and ensuring the SOH delivers a proactive, intelligence-led security capability.
