THE POSITION

• Manage ongoing CBORD compliance, including diet codes, menu information, allergens, special diet requirements and system accuracy.
• Administer and curate NetMenu user access, ensuring users have appropriate access aligned to their role, operational requirements and access governance expectations.
• Maintain accurate menu and dietary information within electronic menu management systems, including updates relating to allergies, dislikes, diet types, recipe changes and patient food requirements.
• Manage the Menu Monitor team, including rostering, daily coverage, task allocation, escalation support, training coordination and service expectations.
• Work closely with the Patient Food Services Manager to align menu monitoring activity, CBORD compliance and NetMenu access requirements with broader Food Services operations.
• Liaise with the Western Health Nutrition team and relevant clinical stakeholders to support menu changes, diet compliance, patient nutrition requirements and agreed governance pathways.
• Coordinate the Food Safety Plan and relevant licences, including maintaining documentation, supporting audit preparation, monitoring expiry requirements and following up corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and standard operating processes relating to CBORD, NetMenu, menu monitoring, special diets and food safety requirements.

THE PERSON

• Minimum three years’ professional experience as a dietitian 
• Accredited practising dietitian qualifications
• Eligible for financial membership to Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA)
• Sound knowledge and understanding of food regulations including local, state and national nutrition and therapeutic diet specifications, policies, dietary guidelines and standards
• Experience with electronic menu management systems, including CBORD and NetMenu, user access governance and menu data integrity.
• Experience working within a hospital setting is highly regarded
