Suncoast Gold Macadamias (SGM) was established in 1985 as a macadamia grower co-operative. Our head office and processing facility are located in Gympie, Queensland, the birthplace of the global macadamia industry.

SGM has developed a reputation both in Australia and around the world for the efficiency of its operations, quality of its products and a comprehensive client service. We service Macadamia growers from Atherton Tablelands in the North of QLD through to the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Our growers produce the finest quality macadamias and are committed to food safety and sustainable production. Our factory utilises the latest in technology to guarantee our customers consistent quality and product of the highest standard.

Suncoast Gold is 100% grower owned, with all profits returned to growers. Our macadamia products are 100% Australian grown, cracked and processed.

SGM is looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager at our Gympie facility.

About the role

On a typical day, you’ll be picking and assembling customer orders, loading trucks, containers, managing inbound stock, transferring stock to other production areas, and helping keep our warehouse tidy, organised and running like clockwork. The role will also require you to:

• Pick and assemble orders accurately
• Load trucks and shipping containers efficiently and safely
• Receive, put away and rotate stock
• Transfer stock to other production areas for daily production needs
• Maintain tidy and accurate bin locations
• Perform duties in cold room environments
• Support warehouse housekeeping and safety protocols
• Finalise orders via QAD, use RF Scanner
• Undertake stocktakes and cycle counts

If you’ve worked in the food processing industry before and understand the pace and importance of getting things right, that experience translates perfectly to this role. Previous warehouse experience and a forklift licence are essential, including high-reach forklift/reach truck operations experience.
