About the role
Tasmanian Oyster Co (TOC for short) is committed to being the leader in sustainable oyster production, striving for best practice and continuous improvement in the management of the environment in which we operate.
We have a Vacancies at our Pittwater Farm in Cambridge. These roles are suited to a local Resident looking for stable long term Full time employment.
The Role:
Shifts are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts when required. Working hours can change to meet tide, and weather changes.
Whilst we welcome experience, you don’t need any, but you do need to be willing to get in and have a go; and be prepared for hands-on outdoor work in all weather conditions.
You do need to love the water! Our days are spent out on boats looking after our oysters. That means we get warm, sunny days and we get wild, wet and cold days.

You must have full time work rights in Australia and be ready to undertake a full medical including drug and alcohol screening.
