Job Description

About the role

Working alongside the warehouse manager, you will coordinate the efficient and timely delivery of goods to BioMedica customers.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Accurately pick, pack and dispatch stock ordersReceive all shipments following QA inspection processes by technical team; Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.Load and unload delivery truck by hand or with pallet jackResponsible for unpacking all stock on to shelves and storing appropriatelyIdentify and implement process improvements in warehouseGeneral upkeep tasks to maintain an orderly warehouse

Key Performance Indicators:

Customer orders are treated as a priority - dispatched within hours of invoiceStock orders made in a timely manner to reduce OOSReceiving stock efficientlyOrder picking accuracyPack and dispatch orders at minimum cost per orderUpkeep of the Warehouse procedures SOP manual
