Plumber

We’re looking for one person who can genuinely do it all — not a specialist in one aspect who fakes the rest.

DPB Plumbing does high-level renovation and maintenance work across the Mornington Peninsula, including Mornington, Mount Eliza, and Frankston. Metal roofing one day, inground drainage the next, maintenance plumbing after that. If you’ve spent your career being boxed into “just the plumber” or “just the roofer” while the interesting jobs went to someone else, this is the opposite of that.

This role is NOT for you if:

• You’re solid in one aspect but shaky outside it

• You need constant supervision or step-by-step direction

• You struggle talking to customers or explaining work in plain language

• You cut corners when no one’s watching

• you don’t live on the Mornington peninsula

This role IS for you if you can, without hand-holding:

• Install and repair metal roofing to a high standard, find roof leaks

• Handle inground drainage — install, diagnose, repair

• Carry out maintenance plumbing and roofing maintenance work, problem solver!

• Move between jobs and aspects in the same day and still deliver quality

• Run a job site on your own, start to finish millimeter perfect

• Build genuine rapport with customers — explain the problem, the fix, and the cost without jargon or attitude

What you need:

• Proven trade experience across maintenance, renovation and roofing work — not just one skill area

• Relevant licence/ticket for your core trade (plumbing, roofing, or building — tell us which)

• White Card

• Current driver’s licence

• Full Australian working rights

• Own hand and power tools

• Ability to pass a National Police Check (Working With Children Check a plus)
