What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a Commis Chef or CDP role (1+ years minimum) in a similar sized restaurant

• Strong background in high-volume 

• Solid technical cooking skills and strong product knowledge

• Ability to perform consistently under pressure during service

• Passion for modern Australian cuisine, steak, and seafood

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to high standards, cleanliness, and consistency
