The Macleay Group operates a portfolio of five unique boutique hotels and guest houses across Sydney. We are passionate about delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for our guests while fostering a supportive and close-knit environment for our staff.

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work across our beautiful boutique properties in Potts Point, Randwick and Bondi providing you with variety, cross-training, and hands-on exposure to different property operations.

• Delivering warm, welcoming, and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs.

• Managing daily reservations, guest enquiries, and phone correspondence with professionalism.

• Providing local recommendations and assisting our guest requests.

• Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in daily front desk operations and administration.

• Collaborating closely with a small, supportive team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Brings a positive attitude, genuine warmth, and strong customer service skills.

• Is highly flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple locations (Potts Point, Randwick and Bondi).

• Has great attention to detail and takes immense pride in their work.

• Is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the hospitality industry.

• Has previous experience in hotel reception or front office (highly preferred).

• Has experience using MEWS Property Management System (highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right candidate).

• Variety & Exposure: Never get bored—gain hands-on experience across multiple boutique properties.
