We have full-time opportunities available across both Accounts/Administration and Warehouse Operations, making this an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and essential industry that helps keep Queensland supplied with fresh produce.

Current Opportunities

Accounts / Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Maintaining and reconciling financial records and accounts

• Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and responding to enquiries

• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Supporting compliance with accounting policies and procedures

• Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous administration or accounting experience, preferably in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• A strong commitment to customer service.

Warehouse Picker Packers / Forklift Drivers

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders for despatch

• Safely operating forklifts and warehouse equipment in accordance with workplace procedures

• Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock and deliveries

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

• Assisting with general warehousing and logistics duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment

• Current forklift licence and operating experience, or willingness to obtain a licence

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, proactive and safety-focused attitude

• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties.

• Early start, early finish rosters

  • Accounts/Administration: Approximately 4am to 12pm

  • Warehouse Operations: Shifts commencing between midnight and 4am, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required
