Contracts Manager

National Distribution Services Pty Ltd is a national transport and logistics business delivering distribution and supply chain solutions across Australia. Operating through a network of contracted Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), we coordinate transport services, distribution centres and contractor relationships while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and operational excellence.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organised and motivated Contracts Manager to join our Compliance and Governance team.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Contracts Manager, you will support the administration, onboarding and ongoing management of contractor agreements across our national network. You will play an important role in ensuring contracts remain accurate, compliant and current throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and maintain contractor agreements and associated documentation.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Maintain contract registers and document control systems.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals.
• Ensure required licences, insurances and compliance documentation remain current.
• Assist with contractor due diligence and verification activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support contract variations and amendments.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems.
• Support compliance reporting and internal audits.
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Governance team as required.

You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working with documentation and processes. You take pride in accuracy and have the confidence to communicate professionally with both internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in administration, contracts, compliance or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and confidential approach to information management.

Desirable

• Experience working with contracts or document control.
• Exposure to transport, logistics, construction or service industries.
• Experience using electronic document management systems.
• Knowledge of contractor onboarding processes.
• Understanding of compliance documentation such as insurance certificates and licences.

Pay: $81,705.36 – $110,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
