Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong risk controls, and identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes and portfolio performance.

You will develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensure clients maximise the value of their funding facilities, and work collaboratively across the business to deliver tailored solutions that support client success.

How you will make an impact

In this role, you will combine your relationship management expertise, commercial acumen, and risk management capabilities to support and grow a portfolio of clients. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, protecting ScotPac's interests, and driving sustainable portfolio growth.
  
What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage risk, identifying and resolving issues early to protect ScotPac's exposure.
• Drive portfolio growth by maximising funding opportunities, customer retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Support client onboarding, facility changes, and funding processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and ensure all client interactions are accurately recorded.

  
What you will bring with you

• Experience in relationship management, account management, commercial finance, banking, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Sound commercial and risk management awareness with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
