Dental Assistant - Casual - No experience necessary

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Casual Dental Assistant to join our team in Canberra City.

This position is ideal for a university student or someone looking to begin a career in the dental industry. No previous dental experience is required – we are happy to provide full training to the right candidate.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients

• Chairside assistance during dental procedures

• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments

• Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining dental instruments

• Assisting with general clinical duties to support the team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional and well presented

• Reliable, punctual and motivated

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Organised with excellent attention to detail

• A strong communicator with good written and verbal English

• Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Word

• Flexible and eager to learn

Previous dental experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
