Job Description

At Oh Happy Day, we’re looking for an experienced Front of House Team Member to join our team in Point Cook.

We’re after someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great customer service. You’ll be welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised cafe, and helping create a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer
• Taking food and drink orders accurately using our POS system
• Delivering food and drinks while checking in with customers throughout their visit
• Keeping the floor clean, organised and running smoothly at all times
• Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a welcoming environment
• Restocking front of house throughout your shift
• Working closely with the kitchen and your teammates to ensure efficient service
• Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards across the café

Skill & Experience

Previous Front of House hospitality experience (essential)
A positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
