Inspections Manager (Full Time) – Gold Coast

Join our dynamic team on the beautiful Gold Coast as an Inspections Manager!  Must have current Drivers License and QLD Real Estate Certificate. Immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and conduct off-site routine property inspections and open homes.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports for landlords.

• Identify and address maintenance issues promptly.

• Handle general administrative duties efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong time management skills.

• Knowledge of Inspect Real Estate and PropertyMe an advantage, or a willingness to learn.

• Tuesday to Saturday working roster

• Ability to assess, report, and action property maintenance.

• Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports.

• Adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

• Clear and effective communication with team members, landlords, and tenants.

• An outgoing personality with a collaborative, team-player mindset.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high property standards.

• Professional Presentation.

• Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to grow within the agency

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach.

• Reliable, accurate, and a current driver’s license.
