Residential Aged Care

We’re currently seeking reliable and hardworking Casual Cleaners to join our team at an aged care facility in Eden. These casual opportunities are ideal for candidates seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments. Shifts become available to support the team during periods of leave and other roster requirements, with opportunities to pick up weekday and weekend shifts as operational needs arise.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• General cleaning – floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas

• Cleaning residents’ rooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas to a high standard

• Rubbish removal and restocking supplies

• Following infection control and safety protocols

• Reporting maintenance or safety issues

• Movement of cleaning equipment and stock throughout the facility as required

We’re looking for people who:

• Are reliable, punctual and take pride in their work

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Have strong attention to detail

• Understand the importance of hygiene in an aged care environment

• Have previous cleaning experience (aged care experience highly regarded, but not essential – training provided!)

• Demonstrate full compliance with public health mandates and Bayton customer requirements

• Hold (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
