General Labourers | Manual Handling | Ongoing Shifts

Full Spectrum Consulting is building a team of reliable Factory Production Workers for a busy Australian manufacturing operation accessible from the Ingleburn and surrounding suburbs area.

We’re looking for people who aren’t afraid of physical work. This isn't a pick-and-pack warehouse position — you'll be working on the factory floor, handling large products and supporting the manufacturing process from start to finish.

Two Shifts Available

AM Shift – 7:00am start
PM Shift – 3:00pm start

What Does a Typical Shift Look Like?

You'll work alongside experienced production and machine operators to keep products moving safely and efficiently through the factory.

Your day may involve:

• Moving, lifting and positioning large products
• Loading materials into production areas
• Preparing products and materials for the next stage of manufacturing
• Assisting machine operators as required
• Performing repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
• Pushing, pulling, carrying and manoeuvring materials
• Checking products as they move through production
• Keeping work areas organised and free from hazards
• Following safe manual handling and site procedures
• Jumping in and supporting the wider production team when required

Be prepared to work physically. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet and need to be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks.

Who Will Do Well Here?

We're less interested in fancy job titles and more interested in finding people who turn up, work safely and contribute to the team.

Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, production, construction, trades, landscaping or physically demanding labouring roles would be highly regarded.

You'll need to:

• Be comfortable with heavy and repetitive manual handling
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be reliable and punctual for every rostered shift
• Follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
• Work effectively as part of a production team
• Be comfortable working in an industrial factory environment
• Have reliable transport to access the workplace
• Be looking for ongoing, stable employment
