Work Days: Monday to Friday 

Office Hours: Range from 8:00am - 6:00pm.

The role:

Health Surveillance Administrator

Knight Health is seeking a proactive and organised Health Surveillance Administrator to join our growing national team.

This role is responsible for coordinating occupational health surveillance programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional support to our clients, clinics, and reviewing doctors. You will manage health surveillance workflows from start to finish, including processing referrals, coordinating medical documentation, communicating with clients, lodging required notifications with regulators, and ensuring timely turnaround of results.

As our health surveillance services continue to expand, this role will play a key part in maintaining quality, efficiency, and an outstanding client experience.

What we're looking for:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in healthcare, occupational health, or medical administration (preferred but not essential).

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a national team.
