What you'll be doing? -
Warehouse Operations: Accurately pick, pack, receive, inspect and dispatch customer orders while maintaining a clean, well-organised and safe warehouse environment.

Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock takes and inventory audits to support strong stock accuracy and control across the business.

Product Assembly: Assemble wine racks, refrigeration accessories and other premium KingsBottle products to specification using hand and power tools, ensuring every product meets quality standards before it reaches the customer.

Materials Processing: Measure, cut and prepare aluminium and other materials accurately in line with production requirements, keeping workstations and tools in excellent condition.

Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks throughout the assembly and production process to ensure all products are consistently built to the highest standards.

Technical Troubleshooting & Repairs: Assist in diagnosing product faults, performing repairs and rectification work on returned or damaged goods, and maintaining accurate records of faults and corrective actions.

Customer & Operations Support: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to efficiently resolve product-related issues, contributing to positive outcomes for customers and colleagues alike.

Warehouse Digitisation: Support the implementation of warehouse management and inventory systems, including barcode scanning, digital record-keeping and process documentation, helping build a more efficient and traceable operation.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve safety, quality and operational efficiency, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Workplace Health & Safety: Follow all WHS policies and procedures, report hazards promptly, and actively contribute to a positive safety culture across the business.
Who are they looking for? -
Warehouse or Production Background: Previous experience in a warehouse, storeperson or production environment is essential — a solid foundation for success in this hands-on role.

Tool Proficiency: Comfort using hand tools and power tools is a must, as product assembly and materials processing are core parts of the role.

Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail are critical, from inventory counts to assembly quality checks.

Organisation & Time Management: Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload and priorities effectively to keep operations running smoothly.

Physical Capability: The ability to comfortably perform physical tasks and safe manual handling is an important part of the day-to-day role.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with teammates and other departments helps keep things moving in the right direction.

Team & Independent Work: The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment is highly valued.

Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills to support digital inventory and warehouse systems.

Working Rights: Must hold valid Australian working rights.

Forklift Licence (Desirable): A current forklift licence or prior forklift experience would be a welcome addition, though not essential.

Mechanical or Technical Aptitude (Desirable): Experience with technical repairs, fault-finding or troubleshooting would be a great advantage in this role.

Inventory Systems Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse management software would be highly regarded.

Assembly or Manufacturing Experience (Desirable): Prior experience in product assembly or a manufacturing environment would complement this role well.
