About the Role

You'll be part of our production and installation team, working on a wide variety of signage projects across Mackay. Your days will include:

• Assisting with installations in the workshop and on-site

• Preparing and assembling signage materials

• Operating or assisting with printers, vinyl cutters, CNC routers, and other equipment

• General labouring, lifting, and workshop support

• Helping to keep the workplace safe, clean, and organised

What We're Looking For

• Reliability and a good work ethic — we need someone we can count on

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

• Current driver's licence (essential)

• Current, valid rights to work in Australia (essential)

• White Card (advantageous but not essential)

• Experience with tools, machinery, or welding is a bonus

• Industry experience is valued but not required — we'll provide training for the right person
