About the Role:
Based in Penrith, NSW, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Service Technician to become a valued member of our NSW Workshop team. As a Tadano Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair heavy equipment, provide hands-on service technician support to customers both on-site and in the field, and deliver outstanding customer service. From resolving complex technical challenges and assisting workshop colleagues to performing preventative maintenance, your work will have a direct impact on our customers' and our growing business.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Applicable Mechanical Trade Qualification
Proven experience as a qualified Service Technician
Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
A valid driver’s license (and the ability to travel to various job sites).
Ability to effectively repair and maintain plant, machinery and equipment
Ability to work safely and in compliance with HSE guidelines
Ability to write and interpret reports, work plans and carry out electronic business correspondence
