(pay rate will be casual, however there is set and ongoing permanent shift for the right candidate)

Morning and Afternoon Shifts, Split Shift and Weekend Work

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team.

The role is helping people with disabilities within their home.

All our clients have high clinical needs and require certain requirements to meet the criteria. This role is not for social support; you will be providing day to day care for people with high intensity and complex care needs.

Essential requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in, Disability Support, Individual Support, Aged Care (or similar) - with at least 6 months experience within the field

• Experience with full sling lifter, stand up lifter and sara steady

• Experience with catheter and PEG care

• Current First Aid & CPR Certification.

• Current Valid Police Check.

• Current Working with Children Check.

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Car and Drivers Licence, with relevant insurances.

• Passion for delivering high-quality care.

• Valid Australian work rights or permanent residency status required.
