We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Payroll Officer to join our small but dedicated team. This permanent part-time role offers the opportunity to take ownership of payroll operations while also supporting key employee lifecycle processes across Australian Inclusion Group, Inclusion WA and Inclusion Solutions.
Working closely with the Accountant, People & Culture Lead and CEO you will play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, maintaining payroll compliance, supporting onboarding activities, and delivering responsive employee support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing payroll expertise with people-focused administration in a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation.
About the Role
As Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services across multiple entities. You will also support employment contract administration, employee onboarding, payroll compliance, reporting and employee records management.
