Aqua Living Pools is a premium pool construction company known for building high-quality, luxury swimming pools across Brisbane’s south and the Gold Coast. We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled and reliable Final Trim Excavator Operator to join us immediately on a full-time basis.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in the excavation of our swimming pools, performing precise final trim and shaping work to ensure every excavation meets our exacting standards for beautiful, long-lasting pools.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating excavators for final trim and detailed shaping on residential and luxury pool sites

- Operating excavators from Micro - 10 tonne to precise set out requirements

- Achieving high-precision grades and levels for pool shell excavation

- Working closely with our pool building crews to maintain tight construction timelines

- Maintaining equipment and ensuring site safety standards are always met

Requirements

- Minimum 5–10 years experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator

- Current Excavator Ticket (essential)

- Proven experience in final trim / detailed finishing work on pools, landscaping or similar precision excavation projects

- HR Licence (essential) – HC Licence highly preferred

- Immediate start availability

- Ability to fit into an existing team and work collaboratively

- Easy to work with, follows instructions well, and is a great communicator

- Strong attention to detail and pride in achieving perfect levels and grades

- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented

- Full Australian work rights

- Competitive hourly rate: $55 – $60 per hour (depending on experience)
