About The Role

We are partnering with a rapidly growing boutique advisory firm in Melbourne CBD seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team.

You will manage a diverse SME portfolio and work closely with senior leaders on both compliance and advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns (companies, trusts, individuals, partnerships) Manage your own client portfolio Support tax planning and advisory work Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor Review junior staff work and contribute to development Assist with broader business advisory projects

About You

Australian qualifications and experienceCA/CPA qualified or near completion 3–5+ years' public practice experience Strong tax and compliance technical skills Confident communicator with client-facing experience Interested in progressing into advisory and leadership
