Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Operations Staff member to join our growing team. As an Operations Staff member, you will play a key role in the daily fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring that rental items are delivered on time and in excellent condition. This is a hands-on role, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Employment can be offered on either a full-time, part-time or casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Collection: Safely transport rental items to and from customer locations, ensuring everything is delivered and collected on time.

• Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of rental equipment to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.

• Warehouse Management: Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock organization and keeping track of inventory.

• Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete additional tasks as needed, such as picking up new stock from suppliers, taking vehicles for servicing, and supporting the team with any operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• A valid Class C driver’s license (truck driving experience is a plus but not required, all of our delivery vehicles can be operated on a normal car license)

• High Risk Work licence (Forklift Truck) preferred but not essential

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and able to handle the manual demands of the role

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential

Please note that some after hours and weekend work will be required from time to time but our work is primarily done during standard business hours.
