About the role
The Opportunity
This exciting role leads the development, improvements and optimisation of the business systems that keep our operations running smoothly. Responsible for the delivery of digital products and services, the position maintains oversight of existing products and potential improvements, identifies innovative business applications, and manages the implementation of system changes.
The position partners with internal directorates to understand the operational requirements of our systems, identify the optimal system solutions, and support the development of business cases. The role actively represents the business needs in technology and information contexts and oversees the pipeline and implementation of digital initiatives.
As a proactive Manager Business Systems and Innovation, you’re keen to pioneer the systems that enable us to deliver an important service to our communities. This is more than a job – it is an opportunity to lead our digital landscape into the future.
