Reporting to the Group Digital Manager, we are seeking a Digital Enablement Partner to support the successful delivery and adoption of digital and AI initiatives across Sarah Constructions, Hindmarsh Plumbing, and Longridge Group.

The Role

As the Change & Enablement Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead the adoption of digital and AI initiatives across multiple operating businesses
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital solutions, automation, and AI
• Analyse and map current and future-state business processes
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Design and deliver change management, training, and enablement programs
• Develop learning resources tailored to both operational and corporate employees
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
• Support the development of communities of practice and networks of digital champions
• Promote the responsible and effective use of AI within Sarah Grou
• Contribute to continuous improvement and data governance initiatives across the business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in business analysis, change management, process improvement, or digital transformation
• Strong analytical and process-mapping capabilities
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to influence and build relationships without relying on formal authority
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or capability-building initiatives
• Confidence working across both site-based and office-based environments
• A proactive, self-directed, and solutions-focused approach
• Experience using AI tools or a willingness to quickly develop advanced AI capabilities
• Previous experience within construction, engineering, trades, or project-based industries will be highly regarded
