Concrete Supervisor - Civil / Commercial / Residential

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Concrete & Structures supervisor to join our team, delivering concrete pavement, footpath and structures scope across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can manage on-site construction activities while leading crews to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior team, you will be responsible for supervising and participating in the construction of various concrete scopes across civil, commercial and residential sectors, coordinating site activities, and ensuring works are completed to required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in concrete and structures construction

• Manage and coordinate a number of crews

• Interpret construction drawings and project specifications

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements

• Maintain project timelines and workmanship standards

• Liaise with clients, project managers and the senior management team

Skills & Experience Required

• Current QBCC License (essential)

  • Preference is open builders license but a QBCC concreting license is required as a minimum.

• Demonstrated experience in concrete and structures construction within civil, commercial or residential environments.

• Experience supervising or managing small site crews

• Strong knowledge of construction practices and site safety requirements

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Construction White Card and relevant site tickets/licences

• Reliable, professional, and quality-focused approach
