About the Role:

We're looking for experienced administrator to join our team as Inventory System Controller!

In this role, you’ll step into a fast‑paced and dynamic environment where your strong admin skills and ability to work autonomously will shine. You’ll spend time at one of our stores being shown the ropes by our experienced team, ensuring you’re familiar with our processes and systems before taking the lead in managing our daily functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels across the store

• Manage stock ordering, receipting, reconciliation, and associated documentation

• Monitor and investigate stock variances, wastage, and shortages

• Ensure all inventory records and reports are accurate and up to date

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations

• Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team

• Preparing reports for Head Office and store departments

• Answer store phone, monitor store emails and order stationary

• Assist in collating employment packs for new staff

About You

• Demonstrated experience in administration and/or inventory control is essential

• Background in a supermarket or retail environment is highly regarded

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Confident using computer systems, inventory software, and standard office applications

• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Desire to learn and grow with the business

• Accounts Payable experience preferable
