Control Chemist - Kalamia Mill

As a Control Chemist at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you will be responsible for analysing and testing various products produced at the Mill to ensure their quality and performance. This position is key in assisting the operations team to pinpoint areas for improvement, enabling them to achieve optimal factory performance.

This seasonal position is based at Kalamia Mill, following a rotating shift schedule and may require some overtime.

Your Role in Action

• Data Detective: Collect, mix and perform standard routine analysis on factory products.
• Daily Snapshot: Generate daily reports for Mill distribution.
• Accuracy in Action: Ensure accuracy of data entry.
• Safety Guardian: Show a strong commitment to safety.

Your Winning Combination

Our ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills or is willing and able to achieve the competency. Have excellent attention to detail, time management and a high level of computer literacy. Able to work effectively within a team and identifies as a strong communicator.
