Education Assistants (Junior School & Senior School)
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities | Commencing 2027
St Hilda's Anglican School for Girls is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and caring Education Assistants to join our Junior School and Senior School teams in 2027.
These roles provide an exciting opportunity to support students in their academic, social and emotional development, working closely with teachers and specialist staff to create inclusive, engaging and supportive learning environments.
We welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time employment.
About the RolesWorking with students in the early and primary years, you will support learning through targeted one-to-one and small group instruction, assist with the implementation of learning and behaviour plans, and contribute to the wellbeing and development of young learners. Experience supporting literacy and numeracy programs and a passion for helping children achieve their potential will be highly regarded.
Senior School Education AssistantsSupporting students in Years 7 to 12, you will work alongside teachers and the Academic Growth team to assist students with diverse learning needs. The role includes classroom support, small group intervention programs, resource preparation, monitoring student progress and helping students build confidence and independence in their learning. Experience with literacy intervention programs such as MultiLit, MacqLit or similar programs is desirable.

Relevant Education Assistant qualification (Certificate III or IV in Education Support or equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
Current National Police Clearance
Current First Aid certification
Eligibility to work in Australia
