About the role

Contract Care is looking for experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our local aged care agency workforce across the Nothern Rivers area. We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities in Byron Bay, Lismore, Ballina, Mullumbimby and Bangalow area and the surrounding towns, and we keep our staff working close to home as much as possible.

You'll pick the shifts that work for you, get paid well for them, and have a real consultant on the other end of the phone when you need one.

Pay & shifts

· Agency pay rates: [$45.75 - $102.90 per hour]

· AM, PM and night shifts available 7 days a week

· Weekday and weekend shifts across multiple partnered aged care facilities

· Choose your own availability - work as much or as little as suits you

· Same-day and advance bookings via our allocations team

What you'll need

· Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent

· Minimum 6 months' paid Australian aged care experience as a PCA

· Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening Check)

· Current First Aid and CPR certificates

· Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations

· Right to work in Australia

· Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
