Clinical Supervisor

Are you looking for to utilise your knowledge and experience as an AOD Counsellor to provide expert Clinical Supervision to a team of passionate clinicians?

We are inviting applications from a suitably qualified Clinical Supervisors to work within the North East Metro Community Alcohol and Drug Service (NEMCADS) team on a part-time (3 days per week) basis.

About the role

• You will Provide leadership through clinical supervision for clinical staff, students and other stakeholders in accordance with Holyoake policies and procedures.
• You will utilise your expertise and prior experience to provide advice and support to all clinical staff as required.
• You will manage a client caseload in accordance with Holyoake clinical guidelines.
• You will collaborate with management and other leadership roles to identify training and upskilling opportunities for clinical staff.
• You will coordinate the daily clinical activities for the team, including allocations, clinical review, case discussions and waitlist management. Ensure that case notes and client data are maintained to the required standards.
• You will ensure that clinical services delivered reflect good practice standards and is in line with the Holyoake Approach, policy, and procedures.

This is a permanent, part-time position. The role is based at our Midland office, with the opportunity to work from other Holyoake locations on occasion.

About you

• You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling, or similar
• You have a minimum five years counselling experience in AOD or related field.
• You have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
• You have the ability to work non-judgmentally with a diverse client base
• You have a comprehensive understanding of alcohol and other drug use issues and comorbidity.
