The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, you'll support the execution and growth of Vida Glow's affiliate, creator and partnership programmes across our key global markets.Working closely with Brand, Creative, Social, PR, eCommerce and Sales, you'll help recruit creators, coordinate campaigns, manage partnerships and track performance to drive commercial growth.
What You'll DoSupport and grow Vida Glow's affiliate programmes across Australia, the UK and the US.Recruit and build relationships with affiliate partners, influencers and content creators.Coordinate influencer gifting, product launches, campaigns and paid collaborations.Support TikTok Shop affiliate recruitment and creator campaigns.Identify and execute exciting brand partnership opportunities.Track campaign performance and prepare insights and reporting.Coordinate campaign timelines, product dispatch and creator communications.Research creator trends and identify new growth opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to maximise campaign performance and creator content.
About YouYou'll thrive in this role if you have:1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, social media or digital marketing.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.A commercial mindset and passion for digital growth.The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, curious attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, FMCG or eCommerce is highly regarded.Experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, Awin, impact.com, GRIN, Aspire, Creator IQ or similar affiliate and creator platforms will be advantageous.
