About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Construction Labourer to join our growing construction team delivering high-quality residential landscape projects across the greater Brisbane area.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their output, and wants to be part of a professional, well-run construction environment. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and supervisors on structured, well-planned sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of landscape construction works

• Manual handling, site preparation, and material movement

• Use of hand and power tools

• Assisting with hardscape works including paving, retaining walls, and other built structures

• Site clean-up and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment

• Follow directions from Foremen and Supervisors

• Adhere to WHS policies and safe work practices

About You

You are reliable, motivated, and keen to work as part of a team. You understand the importance of turning up on time, following instructions, and maintaining high standards on site.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or labouring

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to perform physically demanding work

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• White Card

• Current driver’s licence and work appropriate vehicle

Highly regarded:

• Experience in landscape construction

• Trade background or working towards a qualification

• Plant or machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
