• Role: Disability Support Worker (Casual)

• Where: Across Adelaide (priority to staff willing to travel)

• Pay: SCHADS Award + penalties + super + salary packaging

• Shifts: Day, sleepovers, actives & weekend availability preferred

About the Role

Work across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community settings, supporting clients to live life their way.

Your day might include:

• Providing personal care and daily living support

• Encouraging independence and community participation

• Transporting clients to appointments and activities

• Supporting people with complex or mental health needs

If you’re confident, patient, and passionate about helping others, this role is for you.

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support (or related)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check

• National Police Clearance (current)

• First Aid (within 3 years) & CPR (within 12 months)

• Assist with Medications (current & face-to-face component)

• Current Driver’s License, reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance

• Strong English communication skills

Desirable: Manual Handling, MAPA, Autism/Dementia/Diabetes training, Aged Care experience, or Nursing qualification.
