About the role
About WorkwearHub
WorkwearHub is one of Australia's fastest-growing destinations for workwear, safety gear and PPE. From our online store and two retail locations, we've grown into a trusted supplier to thousands of customers nationwide, outfitting tradies, industrial teams, and corporate businesses with the leading brands they rely on to stay safe and get the job done.
We stock an extensive range across many of the industry's most recognized names, backed by competitive pricing, fast nationwide delivery, and a customer-first approach that keeps businesses coming back. As demand for our range continues to grow, so does our team, and that's where you come in.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, ambitious business at a genuine growth stage. As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our commercial and B2B accounts, building lasting relationships with businesses across Australia, and driving the next chapter of our growth. If you're a driven sales professional who thrives on opening doors and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
The Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business accounts and expanding existing ones across South East Queensland and the Northern Rivers NSW region, from the Sunshine Coast down to Northern NSW. The role owns the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing, and acts as the face of WorkwearHub to business customers. This role is a critical link between the customer and WorkwearHub's Sales, Operations, and Digital teams, translating client needs into tailored workwear, footwear, and PPE supply solutions that keep their people safe, compliant, and looking the part.
The role will commence as a 12-month contract initially, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and fit.

Maintain accurate account, activity, and pipeline records in the CRM
What's in it for you
Join one of Australia's fastest-growing workwear, safety and PPE suppliers.
