We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Field Services Coordinator to join our Perth branch team.

As a Field Services Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our service operations — the person our clients trust when they need support, solutions, and a steady hand. You’ll play a key part in keeping our projects moving, our customers happy, and our service standards consistently high.

This position plays an important role in maintaining service quality, supporting project execution, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. As a Field Services Coordinator, you will contribute directly to operational success by supporting the branch manager, assisting with project management, scheduling and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and managing project tasks.

• Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Supporting administrative duties such as updating service records, managing documentation, processing service-related requests, and tracking inventory.

• Supporting the setup and daily operations of the service desk while contributing to process improvements and efficiency.

• Assisting in resolving service desk issues and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and customer service quality.

• Supporting internal checks to ensure work quality, service standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed.

• Maintaining good working relationships with manufacturers, dealers, sales teams, and internal departments.

• Maintaining awareness of relevant industry practices, tools, and internal service processes.
