Key Account Manager WWW Industrial Automation

We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager WWW Industrial Automation to grow strategic industrial accounts, build executive-level customer relationships, and deliver innovative automation, electrification, and sustainability solutions that drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Create and execute account growth plans aligned with customer objectives.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and key operational personnel.
• Deliver consultative sales solutions across Industrial Automation and Energy Management portfolios.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective opportunity management.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for products, services, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, marketing, technical specialists, and customer support teams.
• Prepare and present solution-based proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
• Contribute to market intelligence and share customer insights with internal teams.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in solution sales within an industrial, manufacturing, automation, or related environment.
• Demonstrated success in Key Account Management and business development.
• Strong track record of selling to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business solutions.
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities and sales pipelines through CRM systems.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, energy management solutions, or related industrial processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.

Qualifications Required

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Additional industry certifications or technical qualifications in automation, energy management, or industrial technologies will be highly regarded.
