Bar and Gaming Staff - Queenslander Marsden Tavern

About the role

We're seeking experienced bar and gaming staff to join our dynamic team at the Queenslander Marsden Tavern in Marsden, Queensland. In this casual role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and gaming areas.

What you'll be doing

1. Serving customers at the bar in a friendly and efficient manner

2. Preparing and mixing a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages

3. Maintaining the bar area, including stocking, cleaning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

4. Providing customer support and assistance with gaming machines and other entertainment offerings

5. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol practices

6. Assisting with stock management and inventory control

7. Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working in a bar or hospitality environment

2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

3. Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol

4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends

6. Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain
